White Pillars Restaurant

Branding and Photography Direction

Several decades ago, The White Pillars Restaurant was a mainstay of fine dining on the Gulf Coast. It closed its doors for some years, reopening in 2017 with a new approach to traditional southern fare. The new owners wanted to build on the existing historical appeal, focus on locally sourced ingredients and decor, and introduce a modern take on old southern dishes.

The outcome was a rebranded restaurant that exuded modern southern hospitality, with a nostalgic wink to the old staple. I carried this look from print collateral through to their digital needs, ensuring that the whole community was ready to welcome the new era of White Pillars.
